I'm not familiar with it— [clarke knows the country but that is the extent of it in relation to the bread which andy is in the middle of making] I'm guessing it's good though if you decided to start making it?

I like most breads and my brother's from the region, so any answer I give on Focaccia is going to be biased.

[ she says it with a small grin though, fingers still working over the dough like second nature. it's been a while, but she still remembers nicky's favorite variant. ]

But yeah, it's pretty good.

Your brother? Oh— yeah, I guess it's no wonder you'd be biased about it then. [clarke gives a small smile return as she watches with curiosity while andy works the dough] Is it easy to make?

His version is my favorite, and that's probably a bias too. [ she has no shame in her appreciation for nicky's cooking. andy knows how to cook, and bake, but nicky loves it so much that she loves to let him. ]

I find bread itself easy to bake, but I've had a lot of practice.
