Well, I've been doing this since I was a kid. Apart from the migraines, I've never had any adverse effects. And all asari-- that's one of the species in my world-- are biotics, and none of them ever showed adverse effects, and they live for a thousand years. But you're welcome to do that test if you really want.

[There was that Subject White, but she's dead, so] Some people are exposed more than once. Shepard, my commanding officer, was exposed twice. He's never shown any adverse effects from that. Of course, we're the lucky ones. Some are born with brain tumors or other physical complications.
