He can hear voices and the first confused shouting among the Lionetta's men that were waiting at the other side of the door, but no one is running...yet.
When the Guardian finally steps into the hallway, he makes his helmet light up. The fiery red eyes of an unknown creature surrounded by living darkness greet the confused goons, who gasp or scream in horror and are just a second too late to reach for their guns before the first electric bolts of Peter's blasters are cracking through the air. Bodies hit the floor and walls, alive but unconscious, and some bullets start flying in the orbers' direction.
