That's normal, I think. Wounds to the spirit take time to heal, and there's no magic to ease the process. Something immense and evil crawled into your head. Just because there wasn't any physical damage doesn't mean you weren't gravely hurt.

Just remember- they're gone. Even if it feels like they're not, just- talk to us, whenever you start to feel like that.
