The Charter contains and describes all things, but my understanding of it is... incomplete.

[As is every other mage's- the Charter is simply too vast to understand it all, to memorize more than a fraction of what its symbols mean.]

So I'm not entirely sure what all the limits of the Charter's power are, but- I know it can't raise the dead, or create matter from nothing. And it can't manipulate space and time the way I've seen other mages do.
