Joric will join the Gal Masen Dai clan and will focus on produce and digging for ground water. At first he won't say much to others he's working alongside and will just listen for rumors but after the strange events start occurring (the dead rats, bushes, broken crystals), he'll start asking his coworkers what he thinks is causing it and (pretending he's been in the city all his life) will say he can't recall if it's happened in the past but then again, he's never been any good at paying attention.

He'll try to lock down if these recent events are restricted to a certain part of the city, certain clan maybe witnessing these things, etc. If it's an orb causing this, he privately wonders what deal was made that would make things worse for these people.
