[She cuts herself off because it hurts to realize this. She doesn't know. Not really, not for certain. Natasha and Yelena spent more time apart than together. She doesn't know the little things a sister should know, like her general likes and dislikes, her favorite color.

She breathes out sharply and sits back in her chair.]


We were together as children, on a mission. A normal American family with two little girls. But I didn't know it was a mission. I was only three when it started, I thought it was real. She was my sister.

[She stares at her currently empty glass as she continues.]

The Red Room separated us when the mission ended, I didn't see her again for two decades. We met again after I got out of the Red Room and we took it down. But she had to go on the run, so we separated again. And then Thanos happened. And when I came back, she was gone.

[She sighs and sniffs a bit, she doesn't really want to cry in the middle of this auction.]

She was the only sister I ever had and I never got the chance to know her. Not really.
