All right, all right. So you've got a little skill in that wrist of yours. But I'm in a transport craft and you're still going to be the one that's sorry in about five seconds when I--

[Felix was engaged in a dogfight with an enemy fighter when the alarms in his cockpit abruptly cut off--and the fighter on his tail very suddenly split into two pieces. It was a surreal moment as he caught the sight from his computer's screen and watched the front end float off in perpetual motion forever lost to the emptiness of space while the back half roared off with the afterburners still pushing forward yet now without guidance from the cockpit. That would fade with time but until then it was like a runaway train carriage.

His eyes snapped to his console and found the nearest friendly spaceship. They weren't in the best of position to have hit the enemy but they were probably the only one in the area that could have done anything about it. He didn't know if any of the ships out here had specialty weapons or if it had been...something else. But it didn't really matter.

Felix clicked on the comms and connected to the other ship.]

I appreciate the aid in getting the enemy off my tail, really, I do. [The sarcasm in his tone said otherwise.] But I seriously had him exactly where I wanted him. He was less than five seconds away from being my latest scrapped target!
