Newton would probably spend that 20 minutes of rushing around to prepare for the mission grabbing his usual science suitcase, but he would also request the most powerful telescope Viveca has on hand (if she has any) so he can actually LOOK at the meteor as it approaches if possible. So basically this is me breaking it down:

1.) Would he be able to get a telescope?
2.) How powerful is it, if he's able to, and what day would it be before he saw this meteor with the telescope in question.
3.) Would he be able to tell anything in particular about this meteor, find out anything about the meteor's physical look? Or would this fall under a search request?

If the first question is 'no' then disregard the rest, l-lol.
