（ once the storm has passed, he pushes aside the detritus blocking the mouth of the cavern he's sheltered in and makes his way back into the grotto. others, presumably, have done the same — few are built to withstand the excoriating underwater current. but the dust has, metaphorically, settled and there is visibility again. the white sand is still, and the eels are circling warily in the distance, kept at bay by the presence of the vampire sharks.
they may look intimidating, especially in a larger group, but itachi is quick to say to whomsoever happens to be close to him — ）
