He figures he can offer some courtesy with an offering of his coat, since he's got another few long sleeved layers underneath and he tends to provide self-warmth a little better than someone of her smaller size. But he's genuinely surprised when she instead just leans in closer, raising a brow as he peers down at her settling close to him.
