[The immense relief she feels when he doesn't pull right away is a weight lifted off her shoulders. A part of her wants to bring up the things she said, and how he couldn't possibly care if he actually thought those things. But his actions and the wild look in his eyes speak the truth plain enough, and she's not in the mood to play games.
That sort of chat can come at another time. Right now, she soaks up his comfort and the fact she hasn't lost him forever.
When he speaks she does eventually pull back, head tipping to look up at him.]

[And her head is still steadily bleeding. She brings her fingers up to touch at warm blood and frowns. She genuinely has no idea if she's hurt or not, with the way her body is in shock. There's still a dull ringing in her ears, and her balance feels off. But she's sure she'll be just fine.]
