Gotcha, gotcha! So for even the effected pulsefire, even just a little bit applied to a living thing needs to be properly put out in very particular ways. Sorry for being so wordy/having so many questions, I thought maybe altering its chemical compound might make it easier to put out so I wanted to be totally sure so I'm not goofing up your work!
