Well, I'd kinda wanted to do stuffed mushrooms, but I thought maybe people were kinda tired of like...plant food? I talked to a couple people who love red meat so I thought I'd do a twist on it. So there's marsala wine, breadcrumbs, cream cheese...garlic.

A lot of stuff. I kinda bastardized a recipe. But I think they're friggin' amazing.
