As Rosinante places his request, at first it seems like nothing is happening... but then, the teleportation platform whirs to life. After a series of clattering sounds:

with a noise not unlike a microwave announcing that it's ready, a flintlock pistol lands next to a pile of Rococo-style dresses. Looking at it from afar, it may seem to Rosinante like the exact pistol that he was so unfairly forced to part with... but when he picks it up, he'll see there's a new addition: on the wooden grip, there's a symbol carved on it. It looks as if whoever carved it (wherever and whenever that has been) has perhaps not been great at carving, but the edges are smooth and worn... as if it's been used a great deal after the carving has been made.
